Turibio Girardi's passion for authentic Italian cuisine has been his life for the past 27 years.  Chef Turibio's experience of having two  restaurants in Italy, La Buca Dei Papi and   L'Esotico' had given him the desire to come to  New York in 1992 to demonstrate his native fare.  Here in New York Chef Turibio expanded his culinary arts by becoming an Executive Chef of   prominent restaurants and also provided consulting  services at various restaurants.
